Main Roll:
Our CTO is responsible for the overall technology strategy and tokenomics of the SWRM Network. He ensures that the technological resources are aligned with the company's business goals. He oversees design, develops, tests, and maintains software by applying principles of computer science, math, and engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing R&D, directing tech innovation, managing the tech team, setting tech standards, and ensuring the tech infrastructure supports current and future needs. Writing clean, efficient code; debugging and resolving issues; collaborating with product managers and other engineers to shape product features; staying updated with the latest tech trends.
Key Skill Set:
Deep technical expertise, leadership, strategic thinking, and a background in development and engineering. Proficiency in programming languages of blockchain and smart DApp creation; problem-solving abilities; knowledge of software development methodologies.

Designing, coding, and constructing of SWRM Network websites from scratch or using in content management systems (CMS) This involves front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript for user interface) and back-end development (server-side scripting like PHP, databases, server management). All in service to great customer acquisition, product understanding, and the general education of our blockchain related DApps or financial tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance: Regularly updating the website content, fixing bugs, improving performance, ensuring compatibility across different browsers and devices, and enhancing security to protect against cyber threats.
Optimization: Implementing SEO (Search Engine Optimization) practices to improve the site's visibility on search engines, managing site speed, and ensuring user experience (UX) is optimized.
Integration: Working with other systems or APIs to integrate functionalities like payment gateways, social media, or other systems into the website. Responsive Design: Ensuring the website is responsive, meaning it provides an optimal viewing experience across a wide range of devices from desktops to mobile phones.
Collaboration: with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to align the website with branding and marketing strategies.
